Best fraternity dues software in 2026: 10 options compared

We make MyGreek, so read this as a vendor’s comparison. It covers what each option costs, who it fits, and when another tool is the better pick, with sources at the bottom.

Short answer: if your nationals requires a platform, use that one. Otherwise, pick MyGreek if you want dues, payment plans, parents, banking with officer cards, collections, and 990 filing in one place, Dueflow if you want Klarna or a developer API, GreekTrack if you want events and points in the same tool, and Switch if you mainly need a bank account.

How to choose

Four questions narrow the list fast.

Does your nationals require a platform?

Some nationals require OmegaFi, LegFi, GreekBill, Billhighway, or GreekTrack for every chapter. Check with your headquarters before you compare anything else. If your nationals pays for the platform, it may cost your chapter nothing.

Who pays, and how?

Some platforms charge the chapter per member, per month or semester. Others are free to the chapter and charge a processing fee to whoever pays. Look at both: a $0 platform can still cost members more at checkout.

Will members pay on time?

Collection comes down to automatic reminders, payment plans, letting parents pay, and paying from a link without making an account. Ask each vendor which of these run on their own and which the treasurer has to trigger.

Will it survive the treasurer handoff?

Treasurers usually serve one year. The roster, balances, plans, and history should stay with the chapter’s account, not in the outgoing officer’s spreadsheets.

The 10 options

In our order, starting with ours.

1. MyGreek

Finance software built for fraternity treasurers: billing, payment plans, automatic text and email reminders, collections, an optional chapter bank account with virtual and physical officer debit cards, budgets, reimbursements, and 990 filing.

  • Pricing: no per-member fees or contracts on any plan, and $0 a month on DIY. Payers cover processing by default: 4% + 30¢ by card, 1% by bank (max $25). Plus is $99/month; Managed, where we run your finances, is $999/month.
  • Good at: dues coming in without chasing: payment plans members can propose, partial payments, automatic reminders, parents paying from a link, and collections when reminders run out. Spending and taxes live in the same place: an optional chapter bank account with virtual and physical officer debit cards, budgets that sync with the bank, and 990s filed by in-house preparers. You can register your chapter on your own or book a 20-minute demo.
  • Watch out: card fees are higher than the 3% some nationals negotiate with Billhighway or GCM. There’s no developer API and no buy now, pay later option. Switch costs members less.

Billing the chapter: one charge to every member, with reminders and payment links sent automatically.
A payment plan: set it up once and each installment drafts on schedule.

2. Dueflow

Free for chapters and nationals. Members pay a processing fee at checkout. Built for Greek chapters, and also markets to clubs, churches, and HOAs.

  • Pricing: $0 platform fee. Members pay $2, $10, or $15 by bank depending on the amount; cards add 3.3% (a flat $5 under $100); Klarna costs 6%.
  • Good at: Klarna, a developer API, QuickBooks sync, and a free nationals dashboard.
  • Watch out: as of October 2026, Dueflow doesn’t hold chapter money or offer chapter banking, it prepares the 990 but doesn’t file it, and virtual cards and debt collections are listed as coming soon.

3. GreekTrack

Chapter management with a finance module: roster, events, attendance, points, service hours, a family tree, and chapter websites.

  • Pricing: $6, $8, or $10 per member per semester by tier. Alumni, advisors, and inactives are free, and it’s $0 if your nationals covers it. Processing rates are not published.
  • Good at: running the whole chapter, not only the money.
  • Watch out: finance is one module of many, and you pay per member.

4. OmegaFi

Often contracted by nationals, with billing, recruitment, and member database products.

  • Pricing: a per-member collection fee withheld from payments (about $36 per member per year, as reported by chapters). On Vault, the chapter absorbs card fees of about 3.15% + 30¢, as reported by chapters.
  • Good at: one vendor for billing, recruitment, and member records.
  • Watch out: per-member fees add up, and as of October 2026 Vault’s FAQ says card fees can’t be passed to members.

Full comparison: MyGreek vs OmegaFi.

5. LegFi

OmegaFi’s other billing product, with invoicing, payment plans, texts and calls, payables, and LegFi Treasury banking.

  • Pricing: a per-member subscription based on roster size (about $3 per member per month, as reported by chapters). The chapter absorbs 3% to 3.15% on credit cards unless it turns on a surcharge.
  • Good at: automated phone calls and mailed paper statements for past-due members.
  • Watch out: the subscription is per member and not published.

Full comparison: MyGreek vs LegFi.

6. GreekBill (re:Members)

Now sold as re:Members Choice Finance. Rates are usually set by your nationals’ contract.

  • Pricing: about $18 per member per semester, as reported by chapters. Card fees of about 5.15% + 30¢ and 3% on bank payments come out of payouts, also as reported by chapters.
  • Good at: points tracking in the same tool, and members paying by phone or mail.
  • Watch out: at those rates, a 100-member chapter with $1,000 dues twice a year, 60% paid by card, pays about $12,216 a year.

Full comparison: MyGreek vs GreekBill.

7. Billhighway (re:Members)

Now re:Members Unified Finance. Runs chapter money through consolidated banking chosen by your nationals.

  • Pricing: a per-member fee negotiated by each nationals. Phi Delta Theta publishes $30 per member per year, with 3% on cards and 1% on bank payments deducted from payments.
  • Good at: headquarters that want every chapter on one banking and reporting system; in-person card readers.
  • Watch out: at Phi Delta Theta, re:Members’ consolidated banking replaces the chapter’s own account.

Full comparison: MyGreek vs Billhighway.

8. Greek Capital Management

A finance service that holds the chapter’s money and pays its bills.

  • Pricing: about $25 per member per semester, as reported by chapters ($30 in GCM’s published Kappa Sigma agreement), on a one-year agreement that renews automatically. Cards are 3% in that agreement.
  • Good at: handing off bill paying to a vendor; a lower card rate than MyGreek’s.
  • Watch out: the agreement renews each year unless you opt out. In the published Kappa Sigma agreement, leaving early takes 90 days’ notice, headquarters sign-off, and the remaining fees.

Full comparison: MyGreek vs GCM.

9. DashBill

Dues billing paid out to the bank account you connect, on a monthly subscription.

  • Pricing: not published as of October 2026; the pricing page is password-protected. A paid plan is required after a 30-day trial.
  • Good at: a 30-day free trial, recruitment tools in the same app, Slack integration.
  • Watch out: ask for a written quote that includes the subscription and processing rates.

Full comparison: MyGreek vs DashBill.

A banking app for groups that collects into shared pots members pay from a link.

  • Pricing: $0 on Standard. Sending members to collections needs Premium at $100 a month or $900 a year, free with $50k across your Switch accounts. Payers cover 3% on credit, 1% on debit, and bank transfers are free.
  • Good at: lower member fees than MyGreek, ATM access, and mailed checks.
  • Watch out: as of October 2026, Switch’s website and App Store listing don’t describe a running balance for each member.

Fraternity dues software: common questions

What is the best fraternity dues software?

It depends on your chapter. If your nationals requires a platform, that decides it. Otherwise, MyGreek fits chapters that want dues, payment plans, parents, banking with officer cards, collections, and 990 filing in one place, Dueflow fits chapters that want Klarna or a developer API, GreekTrack fits chapters that want events and points in the same tool, and Switch fits chapters that mainly need a bank account. See the table above.

Is there free fraternity dues software?

Yes. MyGreek’s DIY plan and Dueflow both charge the chapter $0, and payers cover processing at checkout. Switch is $0 on its Standard plan, which includes collecting dues into shared pots.

Can we switch platforms in the middle of the year?

Usually, but check your agreement first. GCM agreements renew automatically each year, and OmegaFi gives chapters 30 days after termination to request a paid data conversion. Export your roster, balances, and payment history before access ends.
