GreekTrack sells to chapters directly and through national headquarters. Several nationals and honor societies run their member portals on it, and chapters whose national covers GreekTrack in its contract don’t pay GreekTrack themselves.
GreekTrack pricing
Chapters that sign up directly pay per member, per semester: $6 (Blue), $8 (Gold, labeled “most popular”), or $10 (Diamond, which adds SMS texting and document storage). Officers, actives, pledges, and associates are billed; alumni, advisors, and inactive members are free. Invoices go out in the first week of November and March, with 30 days to pay before an account may be suspended. As of October 2026, GreekTrack is running a “50% off for life” fall promotion and offers a free first semester.
Payments run through GreekTrack Payments, powered by Stripe, with nightly deposits to the chapter’s bank. GreekTrack doesn’t publish its processing rates.
