MyGreek vs Dueflow

Both are free for your chapter. On MyGreek, members pay less in fees, you can open a bank account with officer debit cards, and your 990 gets handled by in-house preparers.

Trusted by 100+ chapters. Comparison last updated October 2026.

MyGreek is the Dueflow alternative for chapters that want to collect, spend, and file in one place: lower processing fees for members on typical dues payments, the option of a chapter account with officer cards, and 990 help from in-house preparers.

What is Dueflow?

Dueflow is a dues collection platform. Its published payment data starts in December 2025. It serves fraternity and sorority chapters, and also HOAs, churches, schools, and clubs.

How Dueflow makes money

Dueflow is free for chapters and nationals. Members pay a processing fee at checkout: $2 to $15 by bank transfer depending on the amount, card payments add 3.3% on top of that (or a flat $5 under $100), and Klarna buy now, pay later costs 6%.

How Dueflow works

Treasurers sign up on their own, bill the roster, and send automatic reminders. Payment plans and partial payments are built in. Payments go out to the chapter’s own bank account, since Dueflow does not hold chapter money. Its feature list includes reimbursements, a store, an AI finance assistant, QuickBooks sync, a public API, and a free nationals dashboard. As of October 2026, virtual cards (early access on request) and debt collections are listed as coming soon.

Why chapters choose MyGreek over Dueflow

1

Members pay less to pay you

Both are free for the chapter, and members cover processing by default on both. On a $1,000 dues payment, a member pays $41.98 by card or $10.10 by bank on MyGreek, versus $49.64 or $15 on Dueflow (October 2026). That’s a savings of $7.66 by card or $4.90 by bank for each member, on every $1,000 they pay.

2

Chapter banking and officer cards

You can open a chapter bank account in MyGreek, FDIC-insured through a partner bank, so dues come in and officers get their own debit cards, all in the same place. Dueflow pays out to your existing bank and lists virtual cards as coming soon.

3

In-house Form 990 assistance

MyGreek’s in-house preparers prepare and file your 990 with you: 990-N filing is included, 990-EZ filing is free on Plus, and a full 990 is discounted. Dueflow builds workpapers from your books, but says it never files a return on anyone’s behalf, so your officer or a CPA your chapter engages has to sign and file.

4

Send outstanding balances to collections

When reminders and payment plans aren’t enough, send unpaid balances to collections from MyGreek. Dueflow lists debt collections as coming soon.
