Member Terms

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Membership Obligations: You agree to fulfill all financial obligations owed by you to the organization as permitted by the constitution, by-laws, and rules of your chapter of which you are a member.
2. Payment Deadlines: You acknowledge that any dues, fees, or other financial obligations must be paid by the deadlines established by your organization.
3. Debt Collections: In the event that you fail to meet your financial obligations, you understand that MyGreek may assist your organization in sending your account to a collections agency for the outstanding amounts owed.
4. Data Sharing: You consent to the sharing of your personal data with your organization and, if necessary, with a third-party collections agency, in accordance with MyGreek's privacy policy and applicable data privacy laws.
5. Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with any additional laws or regulations governing your financial obligations to the organization.
6. Acknowledgment: By clicking "I agree to the Member Terms" during the registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.
