MyGreek can be completely free to use. We don’t add any extra fees beyond the standard processing costs for credit card and bank payments. You can view those fees here. Chapters have the flexibility to decide whether processing fees are covered by the organization or passed on to members - allowing MyGreek to remain a free solution.

MyGreek doesn't have restrictive contracts or cancellation policies. You’re free to cancel anytime by simply stopping your use of the platform.

While we encourage members to register their accounts, it’s not required. Members can pay their bills using shareable payment links, allowing them to complete payments without registering.

MyGreek does not hold any of your chapter's funds. Payments made through MyGreek are deposited directly into your chapter's bank account.

Yes, you can easily add or remove members directly on the website - no need to contact us to make changes. MyGreek support is also available to help set up your chapter and add members, all at no additional cost.
